Orders, Production & Shipping
Every PokiDoki garment is professionally made to order by our trusted production partner. Production and delivery times vary depending on the garment, destination, and current order volume. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on each Etsy listing for the most relevant estimate at the time of purchase. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships. Holiday and high-volume periods may result in longer processing or delivery times.
Our hoodies, zip hoodies, T-shirts, joggers, wide-leg pants, and yoga leggings each have different fit and sizing characteristics. Please review the size chart and fit information in each product listing before ordering. Some styles are relaxed while others are more fitted. If you're unsure, contact us through Etsy before purchasing.
Apparel, Care & Matching Sets
Always follow the care instructions provided with your specific garment. Washing and drying requirements may vary by fabric, apparel type, and printing method. Proper care helps maintain the appearance of your clothing and printed design.
Our matching collections are designed to coordinate across different apparel styles. Slight differences in color, pattern scale, placement, or alignment may occur because of fabric differences, printing methods, garment construction, and screen settings. Exact color reproduction and pattern alignment between separate garments cannot be guaranteed.
Absolutely! Many PokiDoki designs are available across hoodies, zip hoodies, T-shirts, joggers, wide-leg pants, and yoga leggings. Create a coordinated outfit or style individual pieces your own way. Each garment is sold separately unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

Some PokiDoki lifestyle photographs feature AI-generated models or digitally created scenes used to demonstrate styling ideas and how our garments may look when worn. We also use product mockups to illustrate garment styles and printed designs. Actual fit, fabric appearance, color, and print placement may vary. Customers should review product details and size charts before purchasing.
